Brick house makeover

What the client wanted…

We were approached by the client, who had bought a property that had a small extension, that had been badly matched; so the brick work looked very different. He also wanted to then add a further extension to make the most of the property but didn’t again want a different look and feel. We recommended a through colour render, to hide the miss-matched brick work and modernise the building.

The challenges

The main challenge on the project was the intricate banding around the windows and the plinths that were requested, these had to be specially fitted and built up to fit each individual window whilst keeping everything symmetrical.

The Outcome

I think from what you can see the building looks amazing, a classic structure with the through coloured render giving it a really modern, clean look which the client was really pleased with.
