Workshop

A lot of our projects require us to repair existing mouldings that have been damage almost beyond repair. We visit the site and assess the damage and level of repair, we then create a template of the damaged mouldings and take this back to the workshop.

It’s in the workshop where most of the magic happens. We take the moulding template that was taken on site and clean that back to the original plaster, before making it good it to enhance the detail. Then we make a rubber or fiberglass mould, cast it in the specified material then when its dry we can take it back onsite and fit it.

The workshop is the ideal environment for us to create these very specialised replicas, making sure the detail and quality is there before returning and fitting the new mouldings and cornice on site.
