Project Update: Saltdean Development – 71 Houses

We’re making great progress on our Saltdean project; we’re thrilled to share an update on this substantial development of 71 houses.

By the Christmas break, our team will have completed rendering on 56 units, with just 4 remaining to be screeded. Thanks to our efficient planning and execution, we’re on track to complete the entire project by early March 2025.

The main contractor is happy with our progress, particularly with our ability to meet their stringent finishing standards without any delays. This collaboration has been a huge success, and we’re now in discussions regarding their next project. With talks already underway, we’re hopeful about continuing our partnership in the New Year.
