Parex Rendering

After recently renewing our approved status with Parex, here are some photos of our latest project for Parex rendering.

The project

The client came to us after working with us previously, and asked us for our experiences working on a Nudura ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) project. This is a type of insulated structure poured with concrete, which makes the home more energy efficient and environmentally friendly.

Parex was the preferred choice of render by the client so a meeting was held by ourselves, the main contractor, client and a representative from Parex. We assessed the line and level of the sub-straight and a plan was agreed to dub areas out where needed as well at the whole building rasped back to a suitable level.

We are now base coated and as soon as the weather decides to give us a break, we will finish the top coat…..Watch this space!
