External Wall Insulation Project

This is an External Wall Insulation (EWI) project nr Godalming. The client wanted to add some extra thermal values to the house and Fullers Plastering were given the contract.

The project

It was suggested by Krend, the manufacturer to fix some EPS insulation to the outside of the property and render over the top to achieve the completed request of a rendered white finish.

Fullers first fitted the insulation, which was adhered to the wall using Krend HP14, as well as being mechanically fixed.

We then fitted the PVC beads and machine applied the render, incorporating a full mesh within the Krend LW1 render. This is then allowed to set over night, before scraping back the next day to achieve the required finish.

We would also like to announce that Fullers Plastering Ltd are on the Krend and Weber approved applicators list for EWI systems
