Colour Render for a Private Residence

Last year we completed a colour render for a private residence in Surrey.

The house was built 5 years ago but the owner wanted to spruce it up so asked for a coloured render. The main contractor contacted us as we are an approved Krend applicator for the south east.

The project

We suggested a K1 silicone and the client requested the colour Stirling white. The job then went to tender to three other applicators and Fullers Plastering were awarded the contract.

The job was pretty straight forward, with great care being taking for the quality of finish. There was one other change from the tender;  the client wanted a different appearance around the windows. We suggested a raised band with a different type of finish. This was agreed and we sponged the render instead of scraping it, which achieved the desired effect.
